Warranties and ReturnsOur Product GuaranteeSierra Sales believes in keeping customers. We've been supplying humidifer parts for many customers who started buying from us online in 1994. We believe in making our customers happy, and part of that is our satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your product or part, or if the product or part is damaged or unusable, we will happily return your money. Call us to let us know the problem, and if we can't fix your problem, simply ship the product back to us and we'll issue you a full refund. In addition, all Autoflo products carry a one year warranty. AutoFlo Product Line WarrantyAll parts of the AutoFlo® Humidifier are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from date of purchase as shown on purchaser's receipt. AutoFlo will replace free of charge, during the normal warranty period any warranted part which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. Replacement parts may be obtained by returning the part, transportation charges prepaid, to the Service Center. Any injury to this humidifier as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any other use violative of instructions furnished by us, will void the warranty. This warranty is limited to defective replacement parts only. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation or replacement, as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith, are excluded. As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In the event of a problem with warranty service or performance, you may be able to go to a small claims court, a state court, or a federal district court. EWC Controls Product Line WarrantyEWC Controls warrants its Ultra-Zone steam humidifier products to be free of any defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of installation. All returns are subject to a restocking charge and MUST have prior authorization from EWC Controls to be returned. SPECIAL ORDER AND NON-STANDARD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. EWC Controls will inspect all returned items. If found to be defective in material or workmanship, the item will be replaced or credited per customer request. All items must be sent freight pre-paid. Any item found not to be defective or out of warranty will be returned freight-collect. EWC Controls will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, labor charges of any character in connection with the sale, resale or use of the item. EWC Controls reserves the right to make changes without notice in design, application, and price in order to effect product improvement. Best Air Pro Product Line WarrantyAll parts for Best Air Pro products (except for humidifier evaporative pads, plates, and heat elements) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase as shown on purchaser's receipt. Lobb Product Line WarrantyAll parts for Lobb products (except for humidifier evaporative pads, plates, and heat elements) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) year from date of purchase as shown on purchaser's receipt. Returns PolicyIf a product we've sold to you is under warranty, you may return it for a full refund or replacement product.
